Marion juvenile faces charges in string of burglaries

MARION COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - According to Sheriff Mark Richardson of Marion Co., detectives have connected a 16-year-old juvenile to a string of break-ins in Marion County.

On Dec. 14 the juvenile was arrested and charged with one count of burglary 1^st degree and five counts of burglary 2^nd degree.

The juvenile was transported to Department of Juvenile Justice in Columbia, SC.

Marion Police Department assisted in the investigation.

The juvenile's name cannot be released to the public, due to age.
