The incident report from Nov. 29 states 63-year-old Paul James Curry of North Myrtle Beach was sitting in his vehicle outside the Atlantic Beach Town Hall, recording the comings and goings.

Inside the building was the spouse of a current Atlantic Beach councilwoman, a man that Curry had agreed not to make contact with, or record, as part of his bond agreement for a pending court case.

The officer who responded viewed video Curry had recorded on his cell phone, and previous recordings that had been posted to YouTube. After admitting to recording them, Curry left the scene.
