Do you live in SC's most expensive housing market?

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – You could be living in the Palmetto State's most expensive housing market, and not even know it.

According to the Coldwell Banker Home Listing report, North Myrtle Beach and Mount Pleasant are the two most expensive housing markets in South Carolina.

the average price of a home in North Myrtle Beach is listed at $373,710.

While most of the top ten fall somewhere outside the Grand Strand and Pee Dee area, Murrells Inlet is included with an average home price of $243,347.

Here's a list of the top ten most expensive housing markets in South Carolina. The list studies four bedroom, two bathroom homes.

9- Murrells Inlet

8- Greenville

7- Seneca

6- Charleston

5- Tega Cay

4- Aiken

3- Chapin

2- North Myrtle Beach

1- Mount Pleasant

On the flip side, Conway is listed as one the least expensive housing markets in South Carolina. The average home price is $164,602.

Myrtle Beach and Florence falls midway on the list of all housing markets, with home prices averaging approximately $200,000.
