Theo knew that she was destined to be a TV News reporter and anchor since she was 3 years old. Her mother tells stories about how Theo would watch Connie Chung as a child and point to the screen and say, "That's what I want to do when I grow up!"
Theo started with WMBF in July of 2012 as the 4 p.m. anchor and reporter. She has lived in many cities during her career but says so far, Myrtle Beach is the best. Her last assignment was as the 6 p.m. anchor and reporter with 6News Lawrence in Kansas. While there she won the Heart of America award from the Kansas City Press Club for a spot news story on a fire that destroyed a family's home and business. Theo also hosted and reported for LA City View in Los Angeles, reported for WVTV in Milwaukee, WI and reported for KLBK/KAMC in Lubbock TX.
Being the warm weather gal that she is, Theo loves to spend the weekend laying out on the beach and soaking up the sun. She enjoys weight lifting, traveling, dining out and kicking back on the couch with a good movie. Theo is the mother of a smart little girl and enjoys life with her to the fullest.
Theo is originally from Schaumburg, IL. She attended the University of Illinois and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism.
