MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Even if the property is your own, you will be arrested for laying naked in your front yard, as one Myrtle Beach man learned.

Myrtle Beach Police were called to a residence on the 700 block of Talbot Circle around 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, to find 29-year-old John Quentin Collins lying on the lawn, naked.

Police say Collins, a Myrtle Beach resident, jumped to his feet when they began to approach him, appearing to be heavily intoxicated.

According to online booking records, Collins could be seen by those on the street and his neighbors. Police arrested the bare backed man and charged him with Disorderly Conduct / Nudity.
