Suspect still wanted in Timmonsville burglary caught on tape

TIMMONSVILLE, SC (WMBF) - The sheriff's office in Florence County continues to look for a burglary suspect and hope the photos of the crime will help someone identify them.

Investigators on the case say the suspect was caught on camera breaking into a home on West Smith Street in Timmonsville on Oct. 1, 2012 around 10:39 a.m.

Video surveillance shows the suspect was driving a white or silver in color SUV, which they believe could be a Honda or Isuzu. The residents report the suspect took jewelry and a lawn mower.

The suspect is described as a black male standing approximately 5'10" tall and weighing 250 pounds.

Anyone who can identify the suspect or the vehicle in the photos is asked to contact the Florence County Sheriff's Office at 843-665-2121, ext. 373 or Crime Stoppers of the Pee Dee at 1-888-CRIME-SC. You do not have to reveal your identity to leave information.
