PLEASANT HILL, SC (WMBF) - A man with medical issues went missing from the Pleasant Hill community, and the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office is now reporting he was found uninjured.

The man, 49-year-old William Taylor of the Pleasant Hill community in Georgetown County, was last seen near the intersection of County Line Road and Choppee Road on Tuesday around 12:30 p.m.

It was initially reported to Georgetown County Sheriff's Deputies that Taylor was an Alzheimer's patient. After following up on Taylor's condition, sheriff deputies determined he has medical issues, but not Alzheimer's.

Taylor was found safe and sound, but officials are not commenting on when or who may have located him.
