Police offer reward for shooting suspect's arrest

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - The Brunswick County Sheriff's Office is offering a reward for any information leading to the arrest of 23-year-old Brandon Lamar Stevenson.

Deputies say he shot into an occupied car around 5:55 p.m. Saturday night at 2526 Burnice Lane in Bolivia, NC. Stevenson should be considered armed and dangerous.

The victim in this case, 25-year-old Zachary Jamal Hankins, suffered a minor abrasion and did not require medical attention.

Sheriff Ingram ask that anyone having information as to the whereabouts of Brandon Stevenson, please contact the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office at 910-253-2777 or Detective Mike Murray 910-880-4942.
