HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A man is facing allegations of sexual assault after officers with the Drug Enforcement Unit found a woman passed out in his home.

Horry County Police officers met a fellow officer with the Drug Enforcement Unit at Conway Medical Center's emergency room on the morning of Sept. 6. The DEU officer had transported the female victim after finding her in a home on Highway 378 in Conway where she claims she was sexually assaulted.

Recalling the events for the DEU officers, she reports that she and the suspect, 22-year-old Charles Lucky, shared drinks at Smokehouse Billiards in Myrtle Beach and left around 8:30 a.m. to head to Lucky's home.

Arriving at his house, the victim admits that they continued drinking in Lucky's bedroom as he told her he "wanted to be with her." The victim, however, assures she told Lucky no.

Not accepting the refusal, the victim claims in the incident report that Lucky forced himself on her, and she screamed for help for some time until finally giving up.

The report states the victim passed out, and was awaken by the DEU officer who entered the home to investigate another case. There were no visible injuries on the victim.

The Horry County Sheriff's Office served a warrant for Charles Lucky's arrest Thursday morning, and he has been charged with assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping. His bond has not been set.
