The mother explained to officers that her daughters had never spoke of the incident until August 10, the day she contacted police.

The mother went on the tell officers that the victims knew Bellamy through a former friend. In addition, the mother claimed that her daughters told her they were afraid to tell anyone about what happened.

The police report details that the two young victims told the suspect "no" and left the room to go play somewhere else when he put his hands down their pants and touched them inappropriately, as stated by the girls' mother.
