Suspect smashes in door of Myrtle Beach T-Mobile store

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Myrtle Beach Police are investigating a burglary at the T-Mobile store on Mr. Joe White Avenue Monday morning.

Police say someone smashed out the front door glass to gain access to the lobby of the store just before 1 a.m. Monday.

The incident report WMBF News attained from Myrtle Beach Police says a total of $3,600 in merchandise was missing when they arrived on scene.

Those missing items include several display phones, tablets and SIM cards. Officers also found a dollar on the floor that was taken and processed as evidence, the report explains.

The report continues that the front door will cost approximately $1,000 to replace.

Investigators will check for surveillance footage of the break-in and release more information on the crime as soon as it's available.
