Pee Dee burglary caught on video

DARLINGTON COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - The Darlington County Sheriff's Office is reaching out to the public to identify the man they believe broke in to a business on West Bo Bo Newsome Highway.

Captain Andy Locklair, spokesman for the Darlington County Sheriff's Office, announced that the have released the surveillance video from the Family Mart at 1305 West Boo Bo Newsome Highway captured on the morning of July 14.

That video shows a man breaking through a window with an unknown object to enter the store and then stealing lottery tickets before he fled around 4:30 a.m.

The sheriff's office hope the video can help identify the suspect. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call the sheriff's office at 843-398-4501 or your local enforcement agency.
