MBPD investigates reported drive-by shooting

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) Authorities in Myrtle Beach are searching for two men who reportedly fired several shots at one man and that man's vehicle on Blue Street over the weekend.

WMBF News attained an incident report from Myrtle Beach Police, detailing the events that took place on Blue Street Sunday morning around 2 a.m.

The victim reports he was talking to friends outside of his Blue Street home when he was approached by the two men, black males known as "Mike-Mike" and "Pee-Wee."

The two suspects and the victim then began arguing over some prior incident, and the suspects left, the report says.

When the suspects returned approximately 20 minutes later, they drove past the home in a black in color SUV, reportedly firing several rounds at the victim and into his car before fleeing in an unknown direction.

This incident remains under investigation and Myrtle Beach Police urge anyone with information about this alleged crime to report it as soon as possible.
