DARLINGTON, SC (WMBF) After reaching out to the public to locate drive-by shooting suspects, two individuals have turned themselves in to Darlington Police.

Kimberly Nelson, spokeswoman for the Darlington City Police Department, says 21-year-old Travis Davon Pearson turned himself in Monday for the drive-by shooting that took place on Thursday in the area of Reid and Hickory Street around 5:40 p.m.

Pearson is now charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

An additional suspect, Sherelle Alissa Jackson, also turned herself in on Monday. Jackson is also charged with attempted murder.

Nelson says officers responded to that area Thursday to find a victim, and the victim's vehicle had several bullet holes in it. Police have not released any further details about the shooting.
