Myrtle Beach robbery suspect caught on camera

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) The Myrtle Beach Police Department needs your help in identifying the man in the photographs in connection to a burglary.

Police are searching for the alleged suspect that robbed the Sand Castle South Cabana bar May 28 at 06:11 a.m. at 2207 South Ocean Boulevard.

The suspect is described as a black man in his late 20's with multiple tattoos on his right arm and a full tattoo sleeve on his left arm, a goatee and mustache wearing swim trunks and sneakers, according to the police report.

The bartender noticed someone had broken into the bar when he saw one of its wooden windows broken when he opened the bar at 11:00 a.m. that day, said the report.

According to the report, bottles of top shelf liquors were stolen from the bar. The suspect was seen at the surveillance camera attempting to open the register but was unsuccessful and took an unknown object from the counter instead and put it in his pocket, said the report.
