BRUNSWICK
COUNTY, NC (WMBF) After a month-long investigation, detectives with the
Brunswick County Sheriff's Office have arrested two men in connection with the recent
break-ins of the Olde Fort Golf Course.
Del Routh,
spokesman for the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office, tells WMBF News that
detectives have been investigating the break-ins at the Olde Fort Golf Course
in the Winnabow area since the beginning of May.
On Thursday,
23-year-old Michael David Nucci and 16-year-old male suspect were taken into
custody in connection with those crimes.
Routh said
investigators searched Nucci's home and found property stolen from the golf
course.
Both
suspects were charged with four counts of felony breaking and entering and four
counts of larceny after breaking and entering.
The
investigation into these break-ins is still ongoing at this time as
investigators search for more stolen property, including a Club Car. Anyone with any further information please
