MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) Two individuals were taken into custody in Myrtle Beach Saturday afternoon after police say a known prostitute offered to perform a sexual act for cash, just moments after making an arrest on the same street.
Arrest reports obtained from Myrtle Beach Police say 37-year-old Mindy Marie Weaver was spotted flagging down a man on a motorcycle on the 400 block of Chester Street Saturday shortly after 5 p.m. That man then entered a nearby home with Weaver.
The man answered the door for police and revealed that Weaver had offered to perform a sexual act for $30 in cash.
Both Weaver and the male, identified as 50-year-old Michael Robert Intelli, were charged with prostitution.
Only 10 minutes earlier on the same block of Chester Street, a man offered to trade beer for sex to an undercover police officer, according to his arrest report. That man, identified as 54-year-old Timothy Sequin of Myrtle Beach, was also charged with prostitution.
