Eaddy named Wilson's new head football coach

FLORENCE, SC - At its regular April meeting, the Florence One Board of Trustees approved the hiring of Chad Eaddy as head football coach of Wilson High School. He will replace Darryl Page who recently resigned his position as head football coach at the school.

During the past school year Eaddy served as a sixth grade mathematics teacher at Moore Intermediate School and as assistant football coach of the offensive line at Wilson High School.  He has held football coaching positions at South Atlanta High Educational Complex, (2009-10) head football;  Henry Grady High School, Atlanta, assistant varsity and head varsity (2005-2009);  Lake Marion High School, (2004-2005) head junior varsity football and assistant varsity;  Elloree High School, (2001-2004), head JV football.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from South Carolina State University, and a Masters of Arts in Education and Teacher Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
