FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WMBF) Vandalism to a Florence County
high school over the weekend has launched an investigation by school and police
officials into the cause.
The vandalism was reported by a maintenance supervisor for
Florence School District One that was told by an athletics coach for West Florence High School on Saturday that school
buildings had been vandalized.
The police report says two school baseball dugouts, three
buses and a concession stand had been spray painted, but it is unknown if these
incidents are gang-related.
According to school representatives, an initial estimate of
the damages is around $15,000.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact
