Two Raleigh, N.C. men wanted in connecting with an attempted murder case in N.C. were arrested at Canterbury Apartments about 6:30 a.m. March 4, a report from that date said.
One of the suspects, 29, admitted without being asked that he'd lived in the apartment in Raleigh where the crime happened, and that he kicked the victim many times while other people beat him, the report said.
He said the victim had given him a kilo of cocaine down on loan, and shortly thereafter, he was arrested and knew he was in debt to the victim for the value of the cocaine.
One of the suspects, Juan Jose Ramon, 29, remains jailed at J. Reuben Long Detention Center, according to the jail's online booking records.
