Myrtle Beach pizza restaurant broken into over weekend

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) Employees at a local pizza restaurant stumbled upon thousands of dollars in damage to the store when reporting to work Saturday.

Myrtle Beach Police say that the back door to the Domino's Pizza location in the 5000 block of North Kings Highway was ripped open. Major damage to networking wires for the telephone and Internet was also reported.

Police say the break in occurred sometime early Saturday morning and the suspect(s) caused nearly $6,000 in damage to the property. Officials did not say if the culprits actually stole anything from the store.
