CHARLESTON, SC (AP) - The state of South Carolina has a lot of stuff it's not using. And it's ready to sell.
The properties range from a ranch style brick home in Greenville to an eight-story dormitory in Greenwood.
The transportation department has a lot of the surplus property, including a house in Mount Pleasant, the agency's former fleet maintenance facility in Mount Pleasant and a home in Florence.
There are parcels of land, ranging from a tiny $800 tract in Greenville County and 23 acres in Spartanburg County.
There's even an old dock and warehouse on Sullivan's Island.
