(CNN) If you need your beauty sleep every night, becoming a lumberjack might be the way to go, according to a new survey.

The survey shows people who work as loggers, hairstylists and sales reps are some of the most well-rested.

Those who get the least amount of shut-eye include home health aides, lawyers and police officers.

But even the rested loggers only got an average of seven hours and 20 minutes of sleep a night, according to the New York Times.

That's only about 20 minutes more than the sleep-deprived home health aides.

The study was done for mattress seller Sleepy's.
