CONWAY, SC (WMBF) Conway Police have arrested three teens in connection to an armed robbery involving a pizza delivery person Tuesday night.

Catina Hipp with the Conway Police Department said officers were dispatched to Domino's Pizza located at 1223 16th Ave. just before 10 p.m. for a report of an armed robbery. The victim told officers a delivery driver was robbed during a delivery along 9th Avenue.

The driver was not injured during the robbery, Hipp said.

After an investigation, officers arrested Taejohn Johnson, 16, and Davion Hunt, 15, both of Conway as well as Tony Attaway, 16, of Loris in connection to the incident. All three have been charged with armed robbery and Attaway is also facing a charge of possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Hipp said the three teens faced a judge Thursday morning for a bond hearing and received $20,000 bonds for the armed robbery charge. Attaway received an additional bond of $5,000 for the possession charge.

According to Hipp, Johnson was able to post bond right away while Hunt and Attaway were transported to the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice in Columbia.

All three are being charged as adults.
