NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) The North Myrtle Beach Public Safety Department is asking for the public's help in identifying and locating two men wanted for an armed robbery Thursday night.

According to the NMBDPS, two unknown black males entered the Kangaroo Gas Station located at 1501 Hwy 17 North armed with a long gun and ordered a clerk and a customer to get on the ground.

At some point, the customer was struck on the neck with the gun and the suspects fired one shot inside the store.

After grabbing cash and property, the suspects fled the scene on foot.

Both suspects appear to have been wearing gloves at the time of the incident. One was wearing all dark clothing and the other had a red jacket with the hood up. Their faces are hard to make out in the surveillance photos, which are attach.

Police hope someone will help them identify the suspects. Anyone with information is asked to contact the NMBDPS at 843-280-5511.
