STAR, NC (WMBF) The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office
continues to investigate a shooting that left three dead and two injured at a
North Carolina lumber company Friday morning.
According to NBC affiliate WXII,
a disgruntled employee reportedly entered the McBride Lumber Company and began
shooting workers. Sheriff Dempsey Owens told WXII the suspect was later found
inside his home.
He was transported to a hospital with a self-inflicted
gunshot wound. Three workers have died from their injuries.
