WMBF News collects food for The 5th annual Can-A-Thon

CAROLINA FOREST, SC (WMBF) - WMBF News is kicking off their 5th Annual WMBF News Can-A-Thon Nov. 26th to Dec. 14th.

Drop off any non perishable foods to the Bojangles' on 501 in Carolina Forest on Tuesday Dec. 4th from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. and get discounts on food, meet Marla Branson and the rest of the WMBF Team. Specials for anyone dropping off non perishable foods:

  • Get $1 off any Bojangles' combo with your canned food donation
  • Bring 5 canned goods and get $5 off a Family Feast meal
  • You can also drop off non perishable food to any Horry County Bojangles' location or at Johnny Gardner Law in Conway from Nov. 26 to Dec. 14.

    The 2009 U.S. Census Bureau says 15.8 percent of Horry County families live in poverty, and now you can join WMBF News and Bojangles' in this year's Can-A-Thon to help give those families a warm meal for the holidays.

      ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - One man is dead and another seriously injured after an incident at the Campbell's Soup factory in Maxton Sunday morning.
