MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) The Holiday shopping frenzy began with a bang. Millions of people stood in line on
Thanksgiving night to get the latest toys and electronics at the best prices.
Consider This:
It is great to see people spending money and
boosting the economy. We are trying to
put the tough times behind us, but the need is still great for many people in
our community.
We have thousands of people in Horry County alone
who are unable to feed their families. WMBF News wants to help, but we can't do
it without you.
The 4th Annual WMBF News Can-A-Thon is
underway. We are asking that you please
drop off non-perishable foods at any of the 7 Grand Strand area BoJangles'
stores.
All of those donations will provide meals for people
who live right here in our community… families who don't know where they will
get their next meal. Your generosity will make a difference.
