The following persons have been arrested, and charged on various drug-related offenses in Brunswick County:

Possession of drug paraphernalia

• Andrew Elmer Boling, 35

Supply, NC
Manufacture marijuana
Felony Possession of Schedule 1 controlled substance (Ecstasy)
Possession of Schedule 4 controlled substance (Clonazepam)
Possession of drug paraphernalia (Digital scales, pipe, and baggies)

• Bradley Joe Smith, 49

Shallotte, NC
Manufacture marijuana
Possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver marijuana
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Bond: $5,000.00

• Deonrick Marquis Hill, 16

Shallotte, NC
Conspire to possess with intent to sell and deliver marijuana

• John Kevin Watts, II, 18
