Brunswick Co. deputies conduct drug roundup

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WMBF) Agents with the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office's Vice and Narcotics unit have made several drug arrests, including that of a 56-year-old woman accused of trafficking opium.

The following is a list of those arrested and for what charges. Officials have not released any further details surrounding their arrests and the circumstances leading up to it.

Tamara Maria Kelly, 33, Bolivia.

  • Possession of schedule two controlled substance (Roxicodone)
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

Joseph Philip Watkins, 46, Bolivia.

  •  Four counts of trafficking opium / heroin
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Bond:  $ 100,000.00

Ronnie Wade Freeman, 36, Shallotte.

  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana.
  • Manufacture Marijuana
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Bond:  $ 10,000.00

Pamela Joe Flippin, 56, Supply.

  • Trafficking opium / heroin
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule two controlled substances      (Oxycodone)
  • Sale schedule two controlled substances (Oxycodone)
  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule four controlled substances (Clonazepam)
  • Sell and delivery of Clonazepam.
  • Bond:  $ 100,000.00

Joshua Orlando Bernard, 22, Ocean Isle Beach.

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Felony possession of cocaine
  • Possession of schedule four controlled substance ( Xanax)
  • Bond:  $5,000.00

Michael Patrick Crifasi, 40, Shallotte.

  • Manufacture marijuana
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Bond: $ 5,000.00

Curtis Franklin Strickland, 50, Fairmont.

  • Possession of schedule three controlled substance (Hydrocodone)
  • Possession of marijuana / Possession of drug paraphernalia

Gerardo Resindiz, 29, Supply.

  • Felony possession of Cocaine
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Manufacture marijuana
  • Possession of marijuana
  • Bond: $10,000.00
