MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A man was taken to Grand Strand Regional Saturday after falling over the 6th floor railing at the Captain's Quarters Resort on Ocean Boulevard.
According to Myrtle Beach Police, the call came in around 2:30 p.m. in response to a man in his mid-30's falling from the 6th floor down to the 3rd floor. Although the details concerning his fall are not clear. It was said that he may have hit an atrium and landscaping, which lessened the impact.
He was sent to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The Captain's Quarters Resort is located between 9th and 10th Avenue South on Ocean Boulevard.
