Dillon County, SC - DILLON COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Lorenzo Inman, 18, was found guilty in Thursday's trial on all charges of murder, kidnapping, grand larceny, and conspiracy to commit murder, according to Dillon County solicitor Will Rogers.
Inman was arrested under suspected involvement for the death of an elderly woman back in August of 2009, along with his 17-year-old brother, Damian Inman, and 16-year-old John Henry Bridges. All are being tried as adults.
Prosecutors said the teens face multiple charges after breaking into 75-year-old Mary Alice Stutts' home, stealing her car and stuffing her in the trunk before shooting her and leaving her body on a dirt road.
A neighbor back in August of 2009 was shocked. "They took her from her driveway beside our bedroom window and we heard nothing."
Lorenzo Inman was sentenced to life in prison. Bridges plead guilty Monday to the same charges listed above and was sentenced to 30 years in prison. Damian Inman's trial is set for a later date.
