BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WMBF) – The Brunswick County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects involved in an armed robbery in the Leland area early Thursday morning.
April Gause, spokeswoman for the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office, said two black males entered a Scotchman store at 36 River Road around 1 a.m., demanding money from the cash register.
The suspects then left the store with an undetermined amount of cash in an unknown direction.
Both suspects are described as black males, slender in build and standing around 5'9". They were wearing black hoodie jackets and gloves at the time of the incident, and concealed their faces with a dark bandana.
There is no vehicle description at this time.
