Robeson County, NC - ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - Medical staff at the Southeastern Regional Medical Center are welcoming two new physicians to their growing hospitalist program.
Dr. Brock Drapkin, a native of New York City, earned his medical degree from the Alert Einstein College of Medicine in 1988. He completed an internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York in 1991.
Drapkin is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, according to officials at the Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Troy Sterk also joins the staff at the medical center, following a recent family practice residency at Sun Coast Hospital.
A native of Tampa, FL, Sterk completed a dual degree program where he earned his doctor of osteopathy and a master's degree in public health from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine/College of Public Health. Sterk also earned a master's in medical science in 1999.
Sterk is certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
