GEORGETOWN, SC (WMBF) – Two people are facing charges for driving under the influence after a crash early Saturday morning.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the accident happened around 6:30 a.m. along Oatland Road near Browns Ferry Road in Georgetown County.
According to the Highway Patrol, one driver crossed the center line and hit another car head-on. Both drivers have been charged with DUI. They were both flown to MUSC in Charleston with injuries.
The Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
