GEORGETOWN, SC (WMBF) - A series of upcoming health screenings hosted by the Georgetown Hospital System will aim at providing greater community-wide access to health care resources and information.
The health screenings will be held on Sept. 10 at the Belin Memorial United Methodist Church family Life Center from 7:30-10:30 a.m., according to organizers.
Heath screenings offered at the event include:
- Cardiac risk assessment - $25
- Chemistry panel - $20
- CBC with differential - $20
- Thyroid screening - $10
- Hgb A1C for diabetics - $10
- PSA for men - $10
Officials said despite pre-registration not being mandatory, it is strongly encouraged. Pre-registration packets can be picked up in the information lobby areas of the Georgetown Memorial Hospital and Waccamaw Community Hospital.
