$2,400 in valuables reported missing from MB home

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A Myrtle Beach resident returned home from work early Monday morning to find a number of personal items missing, according to a Myrtle Beach Police report.

Officers were dispatched to the residence, located at 1250 Pridgen Rd., at 1:41 a.m. in reference to a home burglary. Upon arrival, officers learned someone had kicked-in the rear door to the home and stole more than $2,000 worth of items.

Items reported as stolen included a Gateway laptop, Sony Playstation, Sony 8mm camcorder, a duffle bag and .22 rifle clip containing 10 rounds.

A second person living in the house also reported to police that a Sony camcorder and Sony Cybershot were also missing.

Anyone with information on the home burglary is asked to call the Myrtle Beach Police Department immediately.
