Rash of residential and car break-ins spark investigation

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - Multiple suspects are wanted by authorities in Brunswick County following a series of recent residential and vehicle break-ins in Supply, NC.

Sgt. April Gause, spokeswoman for the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office, said deputies received reports of three vehicle break-ins and a residential break-in. Officials said $1,286 worth of property was stolen during the late evening and early morning hours.

Detectives were able to identify convenience stores where stolen credit cards were used for various purchases. Surveillance video from the stores revealed the suspects could be operating a white, four-door Chevrolet Blazer or a light green, four-door Ford Explorer.
