AMBER Alert canceled for missing toddlers in NC

Columbus County, NC - COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WMBF/WECT) - Two toddlers at the center of an AMBER Alert in North Carolina Thursday morning have been located by authorities, according to the State Law Enforcement Division.

The Columbus County Sheriff's Office and state police in North Carolina activated an AMBER Alert system after the disappearance of Jhamal Jakub White, 3, and Devion Kamail White, 2.

Officials believed the toddlers were abducted by their father, DB Lewis White, and Ronnie Devon McCray.

White, 28, is described as a black male standing 5'11" and weighing 150 pounds. He is said to have black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

McCray, 33, is described as a black male, standing 5'11" and weighing 240 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes, according to authorities. McCray was last seen wearing blue jeans.

Officials have not released any further information into the discovery of the two toddlers late Thursday morning. It is also unclear if the suspected abductors have been arrested.
