Organizers to hold sixth annual Tobacco Heritage Festival

Conway, SC - CONWAY, SC (WMBF) - Local organizers will be holding its annual Tobacco Heritage Festival this August.

Friends of the Horry County Museum will host the sixth annual Tobacco Heritage Festival August 7.

The event will be held at the L. W. Paul Living History Farm located at the corner of Highway 701 North and Harris Shortcut Road in Conway, SC.

Organizers say the event will demonstrate hand tying and the stringing of tobacco. In addition, the event will have live music, children's activities and interpretations of early rural farm life in Horry County.
