Police: Woman uses stolen ATM card at Surfside bank

Surfside Beach, SC - SURFSIDE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - An unidentified white female is the subject of a search by the Surfside Beach Police Department after officials claim she used a stolen ATM card on Monday.

Surfside Beach Police were called to a location at 13th Avenue South and Ocean Boulevard Saturday after reports of a motor vehicle break-in. The vehicle's owner said a number of items were stolen from the vehicle, including a wallet.

Investigators said a debit card reported stolen in the break-in was used by an unidentified white female at the Conway National Bank, located along US-17 South in Murrells Inlet, at 3:26 p.m. Monday. Surveillance video showed a woman withdrawing $300 from the victim's account.

Officials believe a white colored 4-door sedan, possibly a Nissan model, is tied to the case.
