Edwards mistress seeks profits from tell-all book

Hillsborough, NC (AP) - Attorneys for John Edwards' mistress are seeking profits from a book written by an aide to the two-time presidential candidate.

Attorneys for Rielle Hunter argued in court in Hillsborough Wednesday that she should be entitled to profits from Andrew Young's book.

The tell-all recounts Young's work to hide Edwards' affair and the child he fathered. Young also describes a sex tape depicting Edwards and a woman Young assumes to be Hunter.

Hunter's lawyers contend that the tape was stolen from her and then used to promote Young's book. Young's attorneys say the sex tape was a small component of the book and that Hunter does not own the video.
