North Myrtle Beach, SC - NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A woman from Mobile, AL, has been charged by police after allegedly engaging in inappropriate behavior with a minor at the Cresent Keys Hotel.

According to an incident report, a 20-year-old began kissing an unidentified juvenile in an open condo on May 12, after the two met in a hot tub at the Cresent Keys Hotel. During that time, the victim states the two engaged in sexual acts and woke up later in the day with hickies on his neck.

After questioning from the juvenile's mother, the boy said he never told his age to the woman, who was identified as Tiffany Kenner, 20, of Mobile, AL.

Police say a cell phone number programmed into the juvenile's phone led his mother to question the 20-year-old about the inappropriate acts she allegedly engaged in with her son. All of the allegations, according to a police report, were denied by Keener.

Keener was later arrested by officers with the North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety and charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

Keener is currently in police custody at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
