(NBC) - A couple of real life stories, some Oscar nominated performances, and a romantic comedy. That's some of what you'll find new on DVD and Blu-ray this week.
Morgan Freeman looks to Matt Damon's rugby team to help unify South Africa in "Invictus."
Freeman plays newly elected South African president Nelson Mandela in this real life story. Both he and Damon received Oscar nominations for their performances in this Clint Eastwood-directed film.
"Invictus" is rated PG-13.
Brendan Fraser and Harrison Ford team up to try to solve a medical mystery in "Extraordinary Measures". Ford's a researcher and Fraser's a father helping raise money for that research, which could cure his childrens' rare disease. This one is also based on real life.
"Extraordinary Measures" is rated PG.
It's T-squared --- Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift together in the romantic comedy, 'Valentine's Day." Bradley Cooper and Julia Roberts are also in the large ensemble cast, telling a series of intertwined stories about couples and singles navigating the ups and downs of the heartfelt holiday. Jamie Foxx and Jessica Biel are also in the mix.
"Valentine's Day" is rated PG-13.
Jackie Chan has to protect his girlfriend's kids and then try to win them over in the family comedy "The Spy Next Door". Chan plays a retired CIA superspy who volunteers to babysit while mom's out of town.
But when one of the kids accidentally downloads a top secret formula, the bad guys come running. "The Spy Next Door" is rated PG.
