Deputies: Missing NC woman wanted to travel to Myrtle Beach

Robeson County, NC - ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - Investigators with the Robeson County Sheriff's Office are searching for a 30-year-old woman who was last seen walking southbound on Interstate 95 Tuesday morning.

Detective Thomas Wilson with the Robeson County Sheriff's Office says Elisabeth Page-Smith of Hope Mills, NC, was reported missing Wednesday by her mother. She told investigators Page-Smith wanted to go to Myrtle Beach before her disappearance.

Page-Smith was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and grey tennis shoes. She was carrying a beige and burgundy backpack.

The 30-year-old is reported as having mental disorder and takes prescribed medication, but does not have it with her.

Anyone with information on the location of Page-Smith is asked to call the Robeson County Sheriff's Office immediately.
