Myrtle Beach, SC - MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - The drive along 21st Avenue North in Myrtle Beach is about to get a little smoother, as construction crews begin a long-awaited paving project on May 3.
City of Myrtle Beach spokesman Mark Kruea says the paving project will stretch along 21st Avenue North from Kings Highway to US-17 Bypass. The work will include the milling of the existing pavement.
The project is expected to cause slight traffic delays between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. It is expected to be complete in less than two weeks of its start date.
