Myrtle Beach, SC - MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Twenty firefighters are less than 24-hours away from becoming graduates of Myrtle Beach's 23rd Recruit Class and certified firefighters at departments across Horry County.

The firefighters for the City of Myrtle Beach and three other area fire departments will graduate during a ceremony at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Base Recreation Center in Myrtle Beach. During the ceremony, graduating firefighters will receive their official badges and helmets.
