DARLINGTON, SC (WMBF) - Two Georgia men under investigation for possible flim/flam activity in the Pee Dee are facing multiple charges stemming from a recent drug bust in Darlington County.

Ezzie Tommy Valley Harrison, 22, and Johnny Michael Jones, 20, were arrested and charged with distribution of a schedule III substance, attempting to purchase a schedule II substance and possession of a schedule III substance on April 16.

According to a police report, agents with the Darlington County Combined Drug Unit attempted to sell drugs to Harrison and Jones, but instead traded Laricet for the Oxycontin pills the two suspects were attempting to acquire. During the course of the investigation, the two men admitted to agents that they were gypsies or Irish travelers.

In addition to facing multiple drug charges, Darlington County investigators are checking into the possibility of the two men being involved in flim/flam activity in the Darlington area. Anyone who may have fallen victim to the two men is asked to call the Darlington County Sheriff's Office immediately.

Both Harrison and Jones are being held at the Darlington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
