Police seek ID of robbery suspect

Loris, SC - LORIS, SC (WMBF) - Horry County Police are hoping surveillance pictures lead them to arrest a suspect in a strong arm robbery in Loris on March 29.

Officers were called to an address on Heritage Road in Loris on March 29 on a reported robbery. Investigation revealed the robber followed the victim home from a Loris grocery store.

According to investigators, the suspect demanded money from the victim, stole the victim's wallet, and later used the victim's ATM card.

Surveillance from the ATM caught the suspect on camera. The suspect is described as a white man standing approximately 5'4" and weighing about 150 pounds. He was pictured in a gold older model vehicle at the time of the ATM usage.
