(NBC) – A Pennsylvania woman gives birth to identical triplets. The odds of that happening are one in 1.7 million.
Jill and Derek Coury are proud parents of identical triplet girls.
Peyton, Kendall and Chase Coury were born, without the use of fertility treatments, on February 4th at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh at 31 weeks and 5 days gestation.
Jill Coury said she and her husband are still in shock but feel blessed. The couple said that God must have thought they could handle it.
The girls are doing well and should be going home in a week to 10 days.
They are joined by big brother Trey, 21 months, at home.
